What is the Preferred Partner Program?
The Skimlinks Preferred Partner Program is a service that helps Merchants grow their revenue by:
- Increasing their exposure to Skimlinks Publishers. Preferred Partners get an advantage in competing with 48,500 other Merchants through preferential ranking and highlighting promotions, offers, top products, and increased rates, etc. in daily newsletters to Publishers.
- Providing deeper data insight. Preferred Partners receive commission rate benchmarking data and detailed reporting in order to stay competitive.
How does it work?
After you sign up and our team has approved you as a Preferred Partner, you’ll receive a welcome email asking for details about your program so we can enhance your profile in our Publisher Hub. We’ll also ask for a list of your competitors to perform an extensive benchmark analysis on your commission rate, with a suggested commission rate to be competitive. You’ll also start receiving weekly reporting on the performance of our Publishers driving traffic and sales to your program, and a dedicated link for notifying our team about your offers, promotions, launches, etc.
Premium and VIP partners will also have an introductory call with their dedicated Success Manager to hit the ground running, and regular correspondence moving forward to continue momentum.
What can I expect from the Program?
By joining the Preferred Partner Program, Skimlinks Merchants receive a suggested commission rate based on benchmarking data, increased exposure in the Skimlinks Publisher Hub and weekly performance tracking through reporting delivered via email.
While The Preferred Partner Program cannot guarantee a performance uplift, it sets the stage for potential growth. For Premium and VIP partners, through regular communication and collaboration with your dedicated Success Manager, Partners receive strategic guidance and insight on how to optimize their program. The Program operates on the premise of proactive engagement and teamwork on both sides to achieve the highest potential of success.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
This duration allows sufficient time for Publishers to discover your brand & offers, create relevant content, for Skimlinks and the merchants to try identify tactics that work best for them, and for Merchants to witness the impact of the collaboration.
What currencies can I pay in?
You can currently pay in USD, GBP, EUR, YEN and AUD. Prices on our site are displayed in USD, but you have the option to make the payment in the equivalent amount of your local currency via Recurly, our payment platform, when you sign up.
